The Nido Community

Trust. Movement. Connection.

A peaceful beginning rooted in secure relationships, freedom of movement, and respectful, individualized care.

Nido means “nest” in Italian and here is our warm, calm space created specifically for infants. This is where babies are welcomed just as they are, at their own pace, and supported with deep respect for who they already are becoming. Free movement, floor beds, natural materials, and individual schedules based on your child’s unique needs. We focus on trust, connection, gentle independence, and honoring each child’s natural development. No containers, no rush, no pressure. Just a safe, beautiful space where your baby can move freely, explore, and grow.

What makes us special

You will notice...

We believe children are capable, thoughtful people from the very beginning.

Every baby follows their own rhythm.

We partner closely with families to mirror home routines.

  • Floor beds instead of cribs
  • Freedom of movement
  • Natural materials and simple toys
  • Low shelves your baby can access
  • Calm, slow, intentional caregiving
  • Guides who observe closely and intervene gently
