Our Story
Two Roots Educational Empowerment (TREE) grew from a simple but powerful idea: children thrive when their educational roots are strong, and every child deserves the chance to grow. Co-founded by two mothers and educators with a vision for change, TREE is built on a model of sustainability and service.
Our approach is two-fold: we open schools in areas that can afford market-rate tuition and use those proceeds to fund the development of schools in underserved neighborhoods. This model allows us to hire and retain exceptional guides, offer meaningful benefits like healthcare, and ensure continuity and connection for every child in our care.
We are currently launching our flagship school in Oak Hill, Nashville, with plans to expand into other areas where Montessori access has historically been out of reach.
